Epson Announces Two New Flex Projectors

Epson has announced two new projectors, which were both designed to function in either work or home settings. They’re called the Epson EpiqVision© Flex CO-W01 Portable Projector and the Epson EpiqVision© Flex CO-FH02 Smart Portable Projector. Both are designed with portability and easy set-up in mind, and each can fit into a backpack for simple transportation. They are equipped with 3-chip 3LCD technology as well as 3,000 lumens which allows for a display up to a whopping 300 in.

But there are a few distinctions between the different projectors. The Epson EpiqVision© Flex CO-W01 Portable Projector has a built-in HDMI port and speaker, while the CO-FH02 has a built-in bass reflex speaker and adds Android TV. The CO-FH02 also supports Chromecast, so users can cast content onto the screen as well as stream it.

“As today’s hybrid lifestyles continue to evolve, it is important that professionals are equipped with solutions that are easily adaptable to various environments and suitable for a range of applications,” said Kenny Tang, product manager, projectors, Epson America, Inc. in a press release. “Whether presenting to peers during the day or hosting movie night with friends, larger and more immersive viewing makes a big difference. With the EpiqVision Flex projectors, users will experience the best of both worlds with technology that offers convenience, versatility and most importantly, incredibly bright and engaging big-screen images.”

Both projectors are available now, with the Epson EpiqVision© Flex CO-FH02 Smart Portable Projector costing $629.99 and the Epson EpiqVision© Flex CO-W01 Portable Projector costing $429.99.
