The Apple Fitness+ wellness service is looking to attract more users after receiving a range of updates.
Firstly, the feature is now available for iPhone users that do not have an Apple Watch, which previously was required. Secondly, the service is now integrated into the company’s Fitness app across 21 countries.
An Artist Spotlight feature has also been introduced to Apple Fitness+, with music from Taylor Swift, coinciding with the release of her new album “Midnights.”
Furthermore, a new workout programme named Yoga for Every Runner has been introduced. This programme features participation from Scott Jurek, a leading ultra-marathon athlete, as well as yoga trainer Jessica Skype.
The Time to Walk feature now includes new guests such as Emmy-winning actor Hannah Waddinhgam, along with singer Meghan Trainor and former astronaut Eileen M. Collins.
Apple Fitness+ will also benefit from a series of new Collections including Strength Challenge, Totally ‘80s Cycling, and Best Mindful Cooldowns for Athletes.

“Whether users want to get outside and go for a walk with Time to Walk, improve their running with ultramarathoner Scott Jurek, or get moving to one of their favourite artists, like Taylor Swift, there really is something for everyone to stay motivated.”
