Nikon Z 8 Mirrorless Camera

Nikon Inc. recently announced the release of the Nikon Z 8, a full-frame mirrorless camera designed to meet the needs of imaging professionals, serious photographers, videographers, and advanced creators. Featuring the latest innovations and speed inherited from the flagship Z 9, the Z 8 comes in a lighter and 30% smaller body. It boasts a 45.7-megapixel stacked CMOS sensor combined with the EXPEED 7 Imaging engine, delivering fantastic dynamic range and incredible image quality.

The Nikon Z 8 is capable of capturing 8K60p (N-RAW) and 8K30p video footage, and offers expansive 4K UHD video options, providing users with more flexibility. Additionally, it offers the option to shoot in 10-bit HEIF image files and 14-bit RAW image files, allowing users to have more creative control. It includes Nikon’s most powerful and precise AF system, which includes fully Auto-Area AF, Nikon’s acclaimed 3D tracking, and a fully customizable Wide Area AF. It is also built with maximum consideration for dust and drip resistance.

The Nikon Z 8 is designed to be user-friendly, featuring illuminated buttons, warm display color options, low viewfinder brightness adjustments, and Starlight View to make it easier to capture in low-light environments. It also includes dual card slots with one CF Express Type B / XQD and one SD.

The Nikon Z 8 will be available on May 25, 2023, for a suggested retail price (SRP) of $3,999.95. Click here for more information.
