IFA 2020 Special Edition: Startups Bring Solutions for the Future

A variety of technologies will be showcased during IFA's German Startup Pitches, such as artificial intelligence, cloud sharing and virtual reality applications.

IFA NEXT stands for vision, pioneering spirit and future-stimulating ideas. Nearly 30 IFA NEXT exhibitors will present themselves on all three IFA 2020 Special Edition days at the German Startup Pitches. Ten startups will compete each day in a series of four-minute sessions, in front of an experienced jury in an effort to convince them that their idea is the next big thing.

The jury consists of Vanessa Cann, Managing Director of the AI Federal Association, Rayk Reitenbach, Investment Manager IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Louis Heinz, High-Tech Gründerfonds. All jury representatives know what a product idea needs to become The NEXT Big Thing. Every day the jury chooses a winner of the day.

All startups come from a wide variety of backgrounds in the world of technology, but they have one thing in common: to make life easier. A variety of technologies will be showcased, such as artificial intelligence, cloud sharing and virtual reality applications. A look at the field of participants at the German Startup Days reveals just how diverse the future is. In addition to the tech areas already mentioned, there will also be an Asian cooking box, sex tech and a mini dishwasher.

For many startups, the presentation at SHIFT MOBILITY meets IFA NEXT is the ideal opportunity to make their products and services globally visible.
