Remote work has been beneficial for most major companies. However, there are some aspects of work, especially in IT, that require some hands-on activity, which is problematic when managers and employees are spread out across the country. Epson has presented a solution that will allow managers to access projectors without having to be connected to the same network.
Epson Projector Management Connected (EPMC) is a cloud-based tool for management to remotely access Epson projectors. With this software, managers and professionals can access a projector’s network to receive critical alerts and control projectors from any device on any internet browser. Previously, a computer had to be connected to a projector’s network in order to access it, but now it can be done using the cloud, which will help streamline the process.
According to Epson’s press release, the software will allow for scheduled reporting, unlimited user access, and remote troubleshooting, which will increase the longevity of the hardware.
