Describe your current role.
I work with our members, vendor partners and teams to help our members strategize and execute effective merchandising strategies both in-store and online, as well as effective digital marketing campaigns to drive increased eCommerce and overall revenue and profitability growth.
What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of?
My proudest accomplishment personally was becoming a father to our first child last year. Professionally, my proudest accomplishment was working tirelessly with all of our teams last year to help our members thrive throughout the COVID pandemic, which was the most tumultuous time in most of their careers.
What do you like best about your job?
I love helping people, and my role allows me to help not only our members, but their employees, families and communities.
What career advice would you give to people just getting started in the CE or technology industry?
Exercise integrity in everything you do, treat everyone with respect, never cease to continue to learn and better yourself, be willing to take risks and make mistakes, and be patient.
What, in your opinion, is necessary for the CE/technology industry to thrive in the next five years?
In my opinion, manufacturers need to focus on ways for technology to improve product performance, save consumers time, and have a meaningful, positive impact on consumers’ lives.
