Therabody, Maker of Theragun, Announces Several New Products

Therabody, the company behind the muscle-relaxing Theragun, has announced a number of new products in the personal health and wellness space. Two of these products are upgraded versions of the pre-existing Theragun products: the Theragun PRO and the Theragun Mini. The Theragun PRO has a new motor that will run 20 percent quieter than previous models, and it also comes with a color OLED display. It will cost $599 — that’s $300 more than the standard Theragun. Then there’s the Theragun Mini upgrade, which is 20 percent smaller and 30 percent lighter than before and costs a relatively low $199.

But Therabody’s announcement was not limited to upgraded products. There is also the new SmartGoggles, which is a face mask designed to help the wearer sleep better. It can help with problems such as headache pain, facial tension and general relaxation, and includes heat, vibration and massage settings. Its webpage on Therabody’s website says it’s “the only eye mask powered by SmartSense Technology™ — our exclusive biometric sensor that customizes treatments to lower your heart rate to a more relaxed state.” This product can be paired with the company’s newly announced sound therapy, TheraMind. The SmartGoggles cost $199.

Also announced were the RecoveryTherm Hot & Cold Vibration Knee and the RecoveryTherm Hot Vibration Back and Core products, costing $399 and $249, respectively.  Basically, these products are designed to combine temperature and vibration to help heal and relax focused sections of the body. In addition, there’s the new TheraCup, which “combines traditional cupping with our cutting-edge ThermaVibration™ Technology.” The ThermaCup costs $129. Finally, there’s the Therabody Lounger, a zero gravity recliner outfitted with sound vibration therapy, which will set you back $3,999.
