Devialet, a French manufacturer of high-end audio equipment, has just announced the release of its first portable speaker: the Devialet Mania. The smart speaker can chart out its surroundings to concentrate audio away from the obstacle. For example, if the speaker is placed up against a wall, it will calibrate its speakers to direct audio away from the wall. The device has a battery life of 10 hours and can pair with Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth 5.0 and AirPlay 2. The Devialet Mania retails for $799.  

In other news, Amazon has just surpassed 5 million packages delivered using electric delivery vehicles supplied by Rivian. The fleet, which is over 1,000 strong, operates in nearly 100 different cities across the U.S. Currently, electric delivery vehicles only make up a fraction of the Amazon fleet which boasts of nearly 30,000 delivery vehicles and 20,000 trailers. Amazon has a deal with Rivian to get 100,000 electric delivery vans by 2030.

Lastly, out of the gaming universe, Netflix has teamed up with game developer Tender Claws to release a virtual reality game based on the hit show Stranger Things. The game, which is set to arrive in Winter 2023, will allow players to be on the opposing side of the Stranger Things universe by playing as Vecna, the villain from the latest season.
