Nikon Inc. is launching the NIKKOR Z DX 24mm f/1.7 lens, designed for Nikon Z mount APS-C size/DX-format mirrorless cameras. This compact and affordable prime lens features a fast f/1.7 aperture, offering creators a versatile angle of view, impressive low-light performance, and beautiful background blur. It is the first prime APS-C size lens in the NIKKOR Z lineup, ideal for still-life, portrait, and landscape photography. With a minimum focus distance of 7 inches (0.18m) and a lightweight design, it allows users to get close to subjects and facilitates easy everyday use. The NIKKOR Z DX 24mm f/1.7 lens will be available from mid-June 2023, with a suggested retail price of $279.95.
