Sharp Introduces New A4 Monochrome Multifunction Printers

Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA) has unveiled two new A4 monochrome multifunction printers (MFPs) catering to the needs of businesses and educational institutions seeking the capabilities of larger monochrome MFPs while occupying less space. The BP-B540WR and BP-B550WD MFPs are designed for letter/legal size printing and come with enhanced speed, an improved user interface, and a compact footprint, incorporating key features from Sharp’s existing workgroup A3 MFPs.

The BP-B540WR delivers print speeds of up to 40 pages per minute with a reversing single pass feeder, while the BP-B550WD offers print speeds of up to 50 pages per minute with a duplexing single pass feeder. Both models feature a 7″ capacitive touchscreen, ensuring a user-friendly experience. They also offer robust security features and compatibility with various cloud collaboration tools and connectivity options. These new models represent Sharp’s commitment to expanding their A4 product lineup while maintaining a strong focus on productivity and data security. The models are available for immediate purchase through Sharp and authorized dealers, replacing the previous MX-B376WH and B476WH models.
