Early bird tickets at discounted prices are now available for IFA Berlin, which is set to run from September 2-6. These presale promotions will run from now until August 31 and visitors planning to purchase a one-day or two-day visitor pass will save 17 percent and 18 percent respectively.

IFA Berlin, one of the world’s largest consumer electronics trade shows is set to take place at the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds, which are comprised of 26 halls and more than 160,000 square meters of show space. The event will feature displays and speeches from some of the leading innovators in the technology space. The last time the event was held in person back in 2019, it drew roughly 250,000 visitors.

In other news, this past year has been extremely tough on businesses with challenges ranging from supply chain disruptions to high gas prices and increasing inflation. All of these factors combined with an increase in consumer expectations regarding ease of shopping and expediency led to a year-over-year decrease in overall customer satisfaction.

A study of over 96,211 U.S. consumers’ perceptions of 221 companies and federal agencies conducted by Forrester Research found that the average customer experience score declined on a year-over-year basis from 72.0 to 71.3. The decline in customer satisfaction bucks a trend of steady growth over the last few years. Moreover, the study found that an unsettling 19 percent of brands experienced a decrease in their customer experience score.
