Obode Brings its Smart Vacuums to North American Market 

Smart cleaning solutions provider Obode has announced the official launch of its line of intelligent vacuum products in the North American market. The Chinese company’s P8, A8+ and A8 smart vacuum robots, which are available on Amazon, boast sensors and advanced navigation systems that calculate distances and track locations within household environments. Users are able to control the smart vacuums via a smartphone app and can customize which areas of a house the products clean. Additionally, obode has employed both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa to support its products as it further expands into the market. 

In other news, OPPO has released a new smartphone that features excellent camera capabilities. The Reno8 Pro 5G boasts OPPO’s first self-developed imaging network processing unit, the MariSilicon X. The NPU provides a serious level of dedicated computing power to the phone’s camera, all while consuming less power. The phone’s camera features portrait mode, hyperlapse, and 960fps AI slow-motion, as well as 4K ultra night video. OPPO, which is based in China, was recently ranked as the number four smartphone brand globally.  

Lastly, LG Electronics has teamed up with FOX Sports to launch an app on all of the tech company’s smart TVs. The FOX Sports app, which is accessible via LG’s webOS Smart TV platform, features both live-streaming and on-demand sports from FOX, FS1, FS2, and FOX Deportes. Paid subscribers can watch all of their favorite sports all year long, including NFL, MLB, NASCAR, College Football, College Basketball, FIFA World Cup, UEFA European Championships, CONCACAF Soccer, MLS, WWE, USFL, and Liga MX.
