LG Business Solutions USA has introduced a new digital signage display for public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The solution combines 55-inch high-brightness LG digital displays with the Broadsign out-of-home advertising platform, allowing property owners to maximize their return-on-investment.
Demonstrated at InfoComm 2023, this integrated solution enables EV charging kiosks to generate revenue through third-party advertisements, unlocking new opportunities for property owners and reducing barriers to EV charging infrastructure growth. The rugged and outdoor-friendly LG displays feature 4,000 nits of brightness, polarized sunglasses compatibility, and impact-resistant protective glass.
The solution reflects consumer input and is expected to incentivize the installation of more EV charging stations while supporting LG’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
